Core Technology Brokers Ltd has occupied a position in the refurbished and surplus computer equipment market for over 20 years. Our long-standing commitment to this market has allowed us to build a strong national and international network of industry contacts for the ethical recycling of computer hardware.

We cover everything that is IT and we cover NZ. We primarily focus on the reuse of hardware, so we support a few schools, and a bunch of charitable organisations, both in NZ and the Pacific Islands, mainly for PC related hardware. Server and networking kit we refurbish and on-sell as parts or whole depending on the age. Server 3 years or younger we export or resell to corporate companies NZ wide.
If the hardware is recent we can offer to buy it, we always aim for a cost neutral solution benefiting both parties.
We work with a number of companies where we get the hardware for free and in exchange we supply a portion of the cleansed computer back to charities in need. The companies we do this include; Kiwibank, DHL, Methanex, Powerco, Vero, Singapore Airlines, Officemax, KPMG, Kiwi Properties, Goodman Fielder, Gentrack. I guess you get the gist, we deal with over 50% of the top corporates, and many Government organisations.
The charities we support include; Stand For Children, Adult Literacy, Land based training, Womens Refuge, Taranaki retreat, also schools in NZ, Rarotonga and Fiji. You can select a charity of your choice or we can organise it.

Oh, and we also provide certified erasing or destruction of the hard disks on each and every device. You will receive an asset list with a personalised certificate.
