Repairs or Replacements
Should issues arise with 90 days of your purchase, we offer free phone support for your hardware, and a 90 day repair or replace policy (we do not have refund or change of mind policies).

Software related issues caused by the buyer may be billable. All hardware is in a 'used condition' unless otherwise stated. For your safety we have tested this item to AS/NZS3760 and as/NZS5761 standard. Extended warranties are available on all items. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for repair or replacement of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
